Consistency beats intensity. This takes about fifteen minutes.
Warm the oil
Take a small bowl and warm the oil gently. Never hot — just above room temperature.
Part and apply
Section your hair and work the oil into the scalp with your fingertips, not your nails.
Massage, then wait
Five minutes of slow circular massage. Leave it in for at least an hour, or overnight.
Wash it out
Rinse with Kesh Amrutham shampoo. Two gentle washes beat one aggressive one.

How long before I notice a difference?
Hair works on its own schedule. Most people use the oil twice a week and start to notice less breakage and better texture over six to eight weeks of consistent use. Anyone promising results in seven days is selling you something else.
Which size should I start with?
If you're trying us for the first time, the 200ml bottle is the sensible starting point — roughly six to eight weeks of twice-weekly use for medium-length hair. Long or thick hair, or more than one person in the house, go for the 500ml.
Can I use the oil every day?
You can, but you don't need to. Two to three times a week is plenty. Leaving it on overnight once a week is more useful than a light daily application.
Is the shampoo safe for coloured or chemically treated hair?
Yes. Kesh Amrutham is sulphate-free and paraben-free, which is exactly what you want on coloured or treated hair. Do a patch test first if your scalp is sensitive.
