Returns & Refunds

The short version

If something arrives damaged, wrong or faulty, we will replace it or refund you. If you simply changed your mind, unopened and unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged, wrong or faulty items

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Change of mind

Unopened, unused items with the seal intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost unless the fault was ours. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the product value to your original payment method.

What we cannot accept back

• Opened or partly used bottles, for hygiene and safety reasons
• Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
• Items without the original packaging or with the seal broken

If a product does not work for you

Ayurvedic formulations work gradually and results vary between people, so we cannot offer refunds purely on the basis that you did not see the result you hoped for. That said — write to us. If you have used the product as directed and it genuinely has not worked, we would rather hear from you and sort it out than lose you as a customer.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 3 working days of us receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the money usually appears in 5 to 10 working days. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer — we will ask you for the account details.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched by emailing us with your order number. Once the parcel has left our facility it cannot be cancelled, but you can refuse delivery or return it under the change-of-mind terms above.

How to start a return

Email vidyapathiprashanth@gmail.com with your order number, what you would like to do, and photos if the item is damaged or wrong. We usually reply within one working day.
