Where we ship
We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 4pm IST on a working day are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery estimates
- Metro cities — 2 to 4 working days from dispatch
- Rest of India — 4 to 7 working days from dispatch
- Remote and North-East pin codes — up to 10 working days from dispatch
These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and regional restrictions can cause delays.
Shipping charges
Prepaid orders above ₹999 ship free. Below that, a flat shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Cash on delivery orders may carry a small handling fee, also shown at checkout.
Cash on delivery
COD is available on most pin codes in India. Availability is confirmed at checkout when you enter your pin code. Please keep the exact amount ready — delivery partners may not carry change.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched we send a tracking link by SMS and email. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder, then write to us with your order number.
Failed or refused deliveries
Couriers usually attempt delivery up to three times. If a parcel is refused or cannot be delivered it is returned to us. For prepaid orders we refund the order value once the parcel reaches us; the original shipping charge is not refunded in that case.
Damaged or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or containing the wrong item, take photos before opening it further and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you.
